Embroidery

Embroidery is a way of putting intricate designs on fabric using a commercial embroidery machine. Using a digitizing file, a blue print of sorts,  the machine places stitches precisely on the garment, using a variety of stitch types to create depth and detail.  The process is similar to cross stitch or hand embroidery, only at 600-1000 stitches per minute.  Embroidery is often used to personalize clothes, like adding logos to uniforms and hats.
